In this time of change and transition, anxiety levels are running slightly high! I have needed to take a few moments to pause and practice my longer exhalations to tone my nervous system and essentially chill out. 

Breathwork is beautiful because it's accessible. At any point in time we can adapt and alter our breath to create homeostasis with our nervous system. A longer exhale to calm yourself down, and conversely a longer inhalation to amp yourself up (this meditation coming soon!). 

So, dear listener, if you're working with anxiety today, fret not. Join me in this meditation as we soothe ourselves together.
